Determine style, material and craftsmanship
We have professional luggage designers who can realize every unique idea of yours. We also have thousands of samples for you to choose from. We also support customization based on drawings and samples.
We will communicate with you as soon as possible about the fabric material and confirm the printing process, position, size, color, etc. of the LOGO. Based on the materials and requirements you provide, we will produce product renderings that satisfy you.
The process that the design drawing needs to include:
① Sketch: It is required to use concise and clear lines to depict the bag, concise but not simple.
② Plane analysis diagram: Plane analysis of the main body of the bag, which requires detailed and correct dimensions and other details. (Especially important for new customers)
③ Appearance renderings: Generally, it is a side view effect, which needs to express the main body of the bag in a representative way. Special parts must be additionally illustrated with color matching.
④ Description of materials and production processes: generally in list format.
⑤ Logo diagram: There is a correct proportion of the diagram, and the production method needs to be indicated.
Proofing confirmation
Everything is subject to the actual sample. If you are not satisfied with the product, please submit your suggestions for modification. We will make adjustments and re-sample based on your opinions and ideas.
The business specialist provides detailed sample production orders to the pattern room according to customer needs, and discusses relevant technical matters involved in sample development and production with the pattern room master and related personnel, and determines a complete proofing plan based on following customer needs.
The master of the printing room draws a line drawing based on the determined proofing plan, and uses a machine to cut the drawn line drawing into paper grids for different parts of the drawing. While the master in the printing room produces the paper grid, the material purchasing specialist of the luggage factory also needs to purchase the corresponding materials according to the proofing plan for subsequent proofing use.
The material cutting master of the luggage factory needs to cut the main fabrics, accessories and other materials required for backpack proofing according to the proofing paper grid provided by the pattern maker, and ensure that the material cutting meets the requirements of the paper grid.
After the materials are cut, the pattern-making workers can combine and sew the material cuts from different parts of the backpack sample to create a finished sample according to the requirements of the proofing plan.
After the pattern maker sews the sample, he can clean and package the sample, and then give the packaged finished sample to the customer for confirmation.

Signing the contract
If you are satisfied with the sample and quotation, both parties will formally sign a purchase and sales contract. The contract will stipulate the quantity, amount, delivery date, etc. of the goods, as well as detailed rights and responsibilities to ensure the rights and interests of both parties.
During the production process, we will strictly control the quality and complete the production and delivery of large quantities within the agreed time.
